All calculations are done for every pixel (or sample) and we do not have a simple way to store any precomputed values. OSL can use textures that store precalculated values but creating these textures is something that should be down outside the shader itself, making it a bit cumbersome to use and even so the might be nothing feasible to store in this case because 4d textures require a huge amount of storage while we only sample a tiny bit of space.
